Halo 2 Checklist / DCX Coupon


Client: RC2 Brands, Inc.

Size: 4.75" x 7.5" (2-sided)

My goal was to create a coupon to be given out at various comic book conventions over the summer. The catch? Make it interesting enough that convention-goers--who are usually swamped with flyers, coupons, posters and other printed matter--won't lose it or throw it away.

My solution: print a Halo 2 action figure checklist on the other side of the coupon. I carried things a step further, promoting DCX's online-exclusive "Pink Spartan" action figure.

The discount promotion and the exclusive figure were both successful.
