Description
Yay! Another generic Cobra character. Before Dr. Mindbender joined Cobra, you would see
these generic Cobra Scientists doing whatever nefarious and scientific deed that needed to be done. They were pretty prominent
in the episode "Captives of Cobra (Part 1)". Basically, they resemble Cobra Officers with
lab coats and without helmets. They still wear the black masks to, uh, hide their identity.
And maybe to keep from inhaling those poisonous spores that turn you into a giant snake.
But I digress. These guys have an almost Dr. Giggles-like quality to them, like you know you are
doomed when this guy enters the room. Or, perhaps I am reading way to much into a 20-year old cartoon.
The funny thing is, I spent more time dremmeling than I did painting. Lots of modification to the chest and head/neck were needed so that it would "fit" together.
