Description
Big Boa had potential to be cool. Perhaps he even could have been the Cobra-equivalent
of Sgt. Slaughter. Of course not even a WWF wrestler like Sarge would be caught dead in that getup.
You know, bright blue pants and He-Man chest armor. Ah yes, nothing like a little S&M for your Cobra troops.
But that's neither here nor there. Of the 1987 additions to the Cobra ranks, Big Boa is second only to
Croc Master, who does not suffer from neon syndrome.
Anywho, here is my attempt to make a Big Boa figure that does not suck. And I think I've succeeded.
You really can't go wrong with "Cobra blue" and "Cobra crimson". The blue gloves were a find--I think they
are from the Street Fighter movie edition of Balrog, but I'm not sure since I've never seen one carded.
The Cobra logo is a sticker from
Reprolabels.com. One day, I might go back and try to make a custom water-slide decal, but for now
this will have to do.
